Ray of Hope!

Have you gone through seasons when you feel that things are not going the way you planned, when you feel all the doors are shut and your future is bleak? Then this is for You!

Joseph, son of Jacob is one of my favorite characters from the Bible. He faced many rejections and sufferings, even from his own people. He saw great dreams, but what he faced in reality was no close to his dreams. He was rejected and hated by his own brothers, thrown into the cistern, sold as a slave, later falsely accused and even imprisoned. What more can an innocent man go through? 

Joseph could have questioned God at all these instances, instead when the whole world was against him, the LORD was with Joseph and he prospered! In Genesis 39: 3 we can see that "The LORD gave him success in everything he did”. In all the unpleasant situation that Joseph had to go through, the LORD was with him and he showed him kindness. All the rejections that Joseph faced was because God had a special purpose for Joseph’s life. If these storms hadn’t tossed his life, Joseph wouldn’t have emerged at the end of the tunnel as the second-in-command in Egypt and in full-charge of Pharaoh’s palace. Trust God’s timing, He is always on time. Some of your dreams might have been seized away, but there is a greater provision for your life at the end of the tunnel. 

Remember that God has the best plan for your life! Can you trust Him? You are His precious child and He will never abandon you!
